6 Months in french oak
This wine was made by destemming and macerated for 10 days at a temperature not higher than 30 ° C. 

After it is pressed and finally pass through malolactic fermentation for 3-4 days. 

The aging takes place in oak barrels for 6 months.

Elegant Mediterranean character, mature nose, fresh palate.

Aroma of red fruit compote, wilted blue flowers and spices.

Strong presence in the palate, consistent but fresh and fluid, well-balanced, tasty and expressive.
